Electrical Engineering training in Dubai: what to expect
Electrical training covers load calculation, cable and breaker sizing, single-line diagrams, panel schedules, lighting design and the testing and inspection work that follows installation. Switchgear, control panel design and power system software are taught as separate courses.
These courses suit electrical engineers, technicians and supervisors who want stronger design, testing or equipment knowledge. Every course is taught by a trainer who works in the field, with exercises you complete yourself. You can study in the classroom at our Deira centre, a short walk from Al Rigga Metro Exit 2, or join the same sessions live online. Weekday, evening and weekend batches are available, and you receive a course completion certificate at the end.
Not sure where to start? Electrical Design & Drafting is the usual first course. Technicians who work on site often choose Electrical QA/QC or switchgear training instead. Ask a training advisor and we will recommend a course for your background.
